| Reduction in NERC Reliability Standards Compliance for LSEs and DPs looks possible A west-wide Ad Hoc Standards Committee comprised of consumer-owned utility representatives and facilitated by NWPPA have been working, at WECC’s request, to reduce the number of NERC Standards and reporting requirements applicable to DPs and LSEs. The Ad Hoc Committee met with WECC on March 12, 2008 to discuss its proposals.
