Deadlines and Instructions for 2008/2009 Directory Advertising

• Insertion order must be on file before ad will be published.
• No cancellations or change orders will be accepted after the closing dates. Cancellations require 30 days written notice prior to closing date.
• Deadline for all advertising space orders for 2008-2009 edition is May 16, 2008. The closing date for all materials is May 23, 2008.
• Electronic files preferred. Macintosh computer compatible. Please, call for additional information on acceptability of computer programs.
• All advertising is subject to publisher's approval. The publisher reserves the right to reject advertising which is not in keeping with the publication's standards.
